The Emulsion Repertoire Podcast
In 2022, I launched a modern hospitality education company called Repertoire. I love podcasting, and had this dilemma: I wanted to do the same content, but didn’t want to confuse new audience members. I asked myself: what if I could do the same show (guest-driven interviews and solo episodes around industry news), but have the podcast help build the brand?
It was a hard decision to make, but the name of the show had to change. I share more about that decision here.
If you’ve been subscribed for a long time, I owe you a massive thank you. If you’re a new subscriber, welcome to the show! The philosophy is as purpose-driven as ever, and I’m honored to have you listening.
Here’s the problem: there aren’t a lot of formalized resources in which skills, mindsets and strategies that professionals should use to level up or evolve in the industry beyond a basic level job.
The Repertoire Podcast is a weekly show where I interview hospitality creators of all types: critics, bartenders, chefs, farmers, bloggers, and authors to explore how to reach peak personal and professional performance while living an educated and balanced life.
I want to get at the heart of what makes people excel, and I hope to ask the questions that no one else asks.
It’s the podcast I wish I had when I was a hungry, ambitious, young chef.
It’s also the podcast I use to process the events in the ever-evolving hospitality industry.
It’s a podcast I host for your benefit, so that you can use it as a resource to become a more analytical, informed, and equipped professional.
For solo podcast episodes, send me stories on Twitter and #Repertoire to join in on the conversation!
